Refund Policy for Hair and Makeup Services:

 

Booking hair and makeup services through this website will require the entire amount upfront to secure the slot and ensure that appointments are fulfilled.

 

If a booking has to be changed by Celebrating Love Ltd, you will be given 48 hours notice prior to any unforeseen circumstances and will be refunded the full amount.

The booking amount is refundable up to 7 days prior to the booking date if canceled by the customer. If cancelation takes place less than 7 days from the booking date there will be no refunds.

We ask that you choose carefully as we do not have to give a refund if you change your mind at the last minute.

​

There are no refunds for change of mind especially for Hair and Makeup Trial.

Privacy Policy:

Celebrating Love Ltd receives, collects, and stores any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information, and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, and recommendations.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

1. To provide and operate the Services;

2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services; 

5. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

 

Celebrating Love Ltd is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

Contractual Agreement for Marriage Officiation:

Additional Charges:

 

• Travel charges will apply for locations outside of Rolleston at a rate of 95 cents per kilometer.

• MC services are up to 4 hours, $50 + GST per hour thereafter.

• Any amendments to the ceremony script not covered in the package will be subject to additional charges of $150 + GST.

Ceremony:

 

• Minor amendments are considered 20 words at no charge. Anything thereafter there is a flat rate charge of $50 + GST every time there is an amendment.

• Ceremony Certificates that match your theme, if the theme is not sent to the celebrant within 7 working days from request, the celebrant has the right to void this and provide a generic certificate (This is not in reference to the legal certificate that you will receive from BDM).

Consultation:

Consultations timeframe will be according to what is stipulated under the packages. Timeframes that exceed what is stipulated will incur a charge of $50 + GST per hour.

Cancellation Policy:

 

• If the client cancels the services after signing this contract, the celebrant reserves the right to retain the booking fee payment.

• In the unlikely event of my unavailability on your wedding day, I will do my best to arrange for a celebrant colleague to conduct your ceremony, as I have written it, in my place. Your licence will still be valid. No additional fees will be charged. In the event I cannot locate you a celebrant you will be entitled to a full refund.

 

Client Responsibilities:

 

• The client agrees to provide accurate information for the preparation of the ceremony script.

• The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for the chosen ceremony location.

• The client is to apply online for a marriage licence from Births, Deaths and Marriages within three months before their wedding date. I have provided you with important links Document to help with that.

• N.B The fee payable is $150. You will receive your marriage documents by email as PDF attachments. Please check all details are correct and forward them to me. I will print them out for your ceremony. I also recommend you apply for a marriage certificate at the same time for an additional $33. This will be sent to you after your wedding once your marriage has been registered. This certificate is often required as proof of legal status for example when you are renewing your Passport/Drivers Licence.

• Couple’s questionnaire to be filled out within 7 workings days from receving them from marriage celebrant. If chosen package that includes this we will need to meet within 7 workings days to finalise the details of this questionnaire.

• No amendments are to be made 7 days prior to ceremony.

• Your responsibilities include punctuality at both your rehearsal and ceremony unless there are extenuating circumstances communicated ahead of time no later than 7 days prior to agreed rehearsal date. Please avoid double-booking or overlapping our rehearsal with another vendor. I always plan to begin your wedding ceremony at your stipulated start time. In the event you are not ready to start on time, extra charges will be incurred flat rate of $250 + GST.

Celebrant Responsibilities:

 

• My role as your wedding celebrant is to deliver an authentic ceremony that is warm, memorable and legally correct.

• My responsibilities to you include confidentiality, privacy and respect for the information that you share. I will do my best to meet your needs. As a member of Celebrants Aotearoa, I am bound by professional ethics and standards and covered by Indemnity Insurance which is required at some venues.

• All correspondence and documents shared as part of my celebrant service to you, including a copy of your marriage ceremony, remain confidential and can only be shared with my written consent.

 

Vendors and suppliers:

​

• Where relevant I will advise your photographer, videographer, wedding planner, function manager, MC, technician and/or other persons, of any ceremony parts of note for them, prior to the ceremony, or at the rehearsal. It is vital vendors are discreet for the duration of your ceremony, so it is not visibly or auditorily intruded on.

 

Use of Images, reviews and testimonials:

• I welcome you to connect with me on my Celebrant social media pages, Facebook @CelebratingLove1 and Instagram Celebratinglove101. I also welcome you to provide a Google/Facebook/Instagram review about your ceremony experience. I would love to have a photo taken with you and would be thrilled if you’re able to send me a couple of professional photos of us on your big day. It would be my intention to share them on my pages with your permission and credit to your photographer. I will also share with you any images I’ve taken prior to your wedding ceremony. I truly welcome your feedback. Please tell me what was great, what the highlights were and anything I could have done differently in hindsight. I’d be most grateful.
